Consumer Complaint: I am the author of this complaint and I have attached a copy of my driver 's license and social security card to verify my identity. I tried to apply for credit and was swiftly denied, which led me to check my credit report. I noticed several creditors and collection agencies that are reporting incomplete, incorrect, and downright fraudulent information. I have attached letters below in the attachments which will show the accounts that I am calling into question. The credit bureaus are allowing reporting in such a way that violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. 15 USC 1681s-2b and 15 USC 1681b are being blatantly violated and from my research all parties can be held civilly liable. The credit bureaus are not conducting a reasonable investigation like they are obligated to do
