The sale of the account to XXXX XXXX XXXX further demonstrates a complete disregard for federal law. **Relevant Laws and Violations : ** Legal Violations : 1. 15 U.S. Code 6802 - Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information : XXXX failed to comply with my Opt-Out notice, resulting in unauthorized furnishing of my information. 2. 15 U.S. Code 1681 - Identity Theft : XXXX engaged in identity theft by willfully ignoring my legal notice and selling the account for collections. 3. 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 - Block of information resulting from identity theft : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and Experian failed to block information identified as resulting from alleged identity theft within the mandated time frame. Requested Actions : 1. Immediate Removal : I request the immediate removal of the account related to the identity theft from my credit reports by XXXX XXXX, and Experian. 2. Consumer Complaint: A company named XXXX XXXX hired me for a new position, prior to my start date I had to do a few cases to show I was capable for the job. The last case was to purchase cell phones and mail them to their new York office. I purchased 3 cell phones, 2 cells phones with a charge of {$2000.00}, and 1 cell phone with a charge of {$710.00}. and both were shipped to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NJ XXXX. They gave me two accounts that were supposedly their business accounts, one to pay off my credit card and purchase one XXXX, the other to pay the credit card I used to purchase the other 2 phones. About a week before my employment start date I realized all payments that were made by my new business credit account to my XXXX XXXX credit card was reversed, and payments made removed four weeks after paying off the card, but also the company was fake. so I lost my job, but they also stole {$2700.00} plus fees from me XXXX XXXX has done nothing to help me these past 5 years. I was clearly a victim of Identity Theft and fraud, which occurred on XX/XX/2018, and was reported to XXXX XXXX XXXX POLICE DEPARTMENT : on XX/XX/18, REPORT NUMBER : XXXX. XXXX XXXX reach back and said they couldn't find the receipts/charges. Hello! Because it's a fraudulent account!!!!

Consumer Complaint: Contacted expirian about a hard credit pull by experian business credit that I did not authorize, they informed me on a recorded line that they could not even look at unless I paid {$1.00} they said this {$1.00} would allow then to view to view all three credit agencies and monitor services informed them I do not need this service that would charge {$19.00} after seven day then when I informed them I needed this unauthorized inquiry removed she informed me it would be a {$75.00} fee for some they are required to do by law I told her that I was not interested and to cancel whatever they were trying to charge in 7 days on a recorded line she agreed and told me it was canceled. But of course when I awoke I saw they charge me {$19.00} any for some XXXX XXXX NONESENSE which is what experian was pitching and I canceled when I called experian they noted that it was canceled but I had to also call a 3rd party XXXX XXXX AND opted out XXXX I didn't I was even a member so I call this 3rd party who promptly told me there are no refunds and I told them that they and experian were running a scam they then they agreed to a refund I filed this report for 2 reasons one to make consumers aware and secondly to have this hard inquiry remind as they are required to do by law. By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that these items be investigated and removed from my report. Please remove any information that the creditor can not verify. I understand that under 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), you must complete this reinvestigation within 30 days of receipt of this letter. Thank you for your time and help in this matter.
