( b ) This subsection does not affect the XXXX of the XXXX XXXX under Section 5114 ( b ) of this title to regulate the amounts of United States coins. Practical Implications : XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX coins and currency, including XXXX XXXX notes and circulating notes of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, are recognized as XXXX XXXX XXXX for Debts and Obligations : XXXX coins and currency are acceptable forms of payment for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues. Regulation of XXXX Amounts : While coins and currency are legal tender, the Secretary of the Treasury has the authority to regulate the amounts of XXXX coins. This authority allows for the regulation of coinage denominations and specifications. Recognition in Transactions : Merchants, businesses, and individuals are generally obligated to accept XXXX coins and currency as payment for goods, services, and obligations, with certain exceptions. It's important to note that the legal tender status of XXXX currency means that creditors are generally required to accept it for the payment of debts, and individuals are typically obligated to accept it in transactions. However, there are practical considerations, and businesses may establish their policies regarding forms of payment, including whether they accept cash, checks, or electronic payments. No person shall sell, transfer for consideration, or place for collection a debt that such person has been notified under section 1681c2 of this title has resulted from identity theft.

Consumer Complaint: According to 609 of the FCRA and resent guidelines of the CFPB 12 CFR Part 1022 This advisory opinion underscores that, to trigger a consumer reporting agencys file disclosure requirement under FCRA section 609 ( a ), a consumer does not need to use specific language, such as complete file or file. This advisory opinion also highlights the requirements regarding the information that must be disclosed to a consumer under FCRA section 609 ( a ). In addition, this advisory opinion affirms that consumer reporting agencies must disclose to a consumer both the original source and any intermediary or vendor source ( or sources ) that provide the item of information to the consumer reporting agency under FCRA section 609 ( a ). I have requested from Experian several times to disclose who and how did they verify the account informations under reinvestigation. Even though XXXX and XXXX has removed the exact same inaccurate information after reinvestigation. This my at least 6 attempts to correct this issue. Experian is clearly violating the federal privacy rights and disclosure requirements.
