It is not authorized to fail to validate these reporting accounts as unverified information without providing any proof within the period allowed by law. I am holding the accountable for violating the following code of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. 15 U.S.CODE 1681B PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE OF CONSUMER REPORT They did not get my written permission, nor did I give authorization this a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act P.L 90-321 ( 82 stat. 146 ) states that any agency can only get your report in response to a request by the head of the state or local child support enforcement agency ( or a state or local government official authorized by the head of such an agency 12CFR 1022.3 DEFINITIONS anything added to my/ your reporting without your consent can be considered identity theft. I wish to enforce 15 U.S.C 1681C block of information resulting from identity theft, I will provide the appropriate proof of my identity along with a copy of the FCT REPORT. and also, The Privacy act of 1974 ( 5 U.S CODE 552a ) XXXX AND EXPERIAN are a consumer reporting agency and I am a consumer, I have the right to make sure is not shared which is back by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customer 's nonpublic personal information, " Furnisher of information to the credit agencies is a financial institution by definition under the title. 15 USC 1681 SEC 604 A SECTION 2 states that " In general subject to subsection ( C ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer of which it relates. " FURNISHER OF INFORMATION TO CREDT AGENCIES ) the financial institution and the reporting agencies, XXXX and Experian do not have my consent to furnish this information and they do not have written consent. XXXX and Experian are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.
