This why XXXX XXXX has not supplied the federal student loan accurate payment history from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX to the credit reporting agency. The credit reporting agency is not reporting month by month payment history of this federal student loan from XX/XX/XXXX until present. I have not made any payments and not requested any deferment or foreberance. The credit reporting agency and XXXX XXXX is not reporting this defaulted federal student loan month by month payment history. The CRA are required to report the complete accurate payment history month by month of the federal student loan.I wrote XXXX XXXX that I am not paying a XXXX on their federal loan terminated by the US Department of Education XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The Fair Credit Reporting Act, CFPB and I request the CRA to report on my online credit report the complete accurate payment history of federal student loan from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX immediately. XXXX and Equifax are In violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the CFPB for not reporting the complete accurate payment history of the federal student loan accoun tand must remove the account immediately. If the CRA have any problems. The CRA to address their concerns to the legal furnisher of the account the US Department of Education XXXX XXXX.
