Consumer Complaint: I called Equifax in XXXX regarding the updating of my consumer report. I notice that after doing a UCC-11 search there was no liens on me. The creditors furnishing information to Equifax should have registered and recorded any alleged debt reflecting a lien on my UCC-11 search if I have an alledged debt with them. Equifax and the creditors should have reported and registered the alledged debts to the Secretary of State required by federal law. Equifax is also in violation for reporting inaccurate information on my consumer report. According to 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) late payments are excluded from my consumer report.

Consumer Complaint: Equifax admitted to a data breach an confirmed my information was in fact compromised in this breach. They have yet to provide compensation for the neglectful practices of their organization. They also have the audacity to request proof of hours spent dealing with this matter when there is no possible way to keep track of that as the breach happens a few years ago and we are just being notified as of recently. With that said the fraud found on my credit report could in fact be becof this breach but the bigger matter at hand is that my info was in fact confirmed to be breached which is a violation of the Privacy Act of XXXX, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Federal Computer and Abuse Act just to name a few. Being this organization has my full name, date of birth, social security number, address, and my entire credit profile my identity in its entirety has been placed at stake. There have been several items on my credit report that reported negatively that I have since been able to remove that I believe were related to this breach. This has caused me and my family so much distress and humiliation along with XXXX because of denials due to items reporting negatively which were mind. Now I have undue stress because se random person has ALL MY INFORMATION. I have to constant worry about my identity being stolen and my information being used. There is no timeframe on this matter because my social security number will never change, my date of birth will never change, and as of now I have no intention on my address changing. This means this information can be used anytime now or in the future leaving me vulnerable to being a victim of ideas theft.

Consumer Complaint: In order to ensure and obtain a 100 % accurate and verifiable credit report In accordance with the FCRA, I have requested that XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX to remove an unverifiable account from my credit report via US mail and online dispute. I have stated that I am not liable for any debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX account : XXXX or XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I have not signed any contract with them whatsoever. Moreover, the credit agencies have not provided me with any of the documentation or proof that I've been requesting- via mail or online, yet they are consistently updating my disputes to include XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In addition to me disputing the account in its entirety, there are several inaccuracies reporting on XXXX and Equifax beginning in XX/XX/XXXX and then from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has also mistakenly or falsely labeled my dispute reasons as : '' Invalid date '' However, I am 100 % certain that I submitted each dispute for XXXX XXXX XXXX as : " I do not recognize this account ''. The failure of the credit reporting agencies to timely and accurately verify this is account is negatively impacting my credit score and decreasing my chance at being accepted into a first time homebuyers program. I need a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX regarding violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I have sent multiple letters to the XXXX XXXX XXXX on the following dates : XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023, and XX/XX/2023. In these letters, I requested that the XXXX XXXX XXXX confirm the validity of the debt and cease collection efforts as required by applicable state and federal laws. Despite my requests, the XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to respond to the letters sent on XX/XX/2023, and XX/XX/2023. Moreover, they continued to report the debt to the credit bureaus, which I believe is a clear violation of my rights under the FDCPA and the FCRA for their failure to verify the debt, cease collection efforts, and for inaccurate reporting. on XX/XX/2023, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX in regard to their failure to respond to my letter and they sent me a via email with nothing I have asked from my validation letter and was past the 30 days time frame from XX/XX/2023, when I first asked for them to verify the debt with me. Furthermore, I have evidence from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reviews showing that the XXXX XXXX XXXX has engaged in similar practices with other individuals. They have consistently failed to send validation of debt or respond to validation requests, failing to follow the guidelines set forth by the FDCPA and FCRA. In addition to these violations, I have been unable to obtain my free credit reports from Equifax and XXXX via XXXX for the past XXXX months, which is a violation of my rights under the FCRA. This inability to access my credit reports has further hindered my ability to address and correct inaccuracies. I also want to point out that in my credit report XXXX XXXX system has XXXX different addresses and phone numbers on my credit report and none of those addresses/phone numbers matches the address or number they have on their website which is inaccurate and confusing to me I kindly request that the CFPB investigate these violations of the FDCPA and FCRA by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Equifax, and XXXX, and take appropriate actions to remedy these issues. Additionally, I request that appropriate enforcement actions be taken against the XXXX XXXX XXXX for its continued violations, as demonstrated by the evidence provided. Enclosed with this complaint, you will find copies of all relevant correspondence, including my certified letters to the credit bureaus and XXXX XXXX XXXX, as well as their responses, and evidence from the XXXX demonstrating their repeated violations.
