Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of response from XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX regarding the disputes I submitted to rectify inaccurate information on my credit report. I meticulously outlined the discrepancies, providing a comprehensive list of accounts and highlighting the blatant violations perpetrated against my consumer report. Despite my efforts, it has been well over 60 days, and there has been no acknowledgment or resolution from your end. I have attached copies of all the dispute letters I sent for your reference. It is disheartening to point out that your company is in direct violation of FCRA 623 ( a ) ( b ) by neglecting to mark the disputed account as such. The mandated 605 ( c ) running period has also been infringed, as the date of the last activity on this account is inaccurately reported instead of reflecting the last payment date. Furthermore, your consistent failure to validate this collection account is a clear violation of FDCPA 809 ( b ), as per the FTC 's opinion on the matter. I find it imperative that you address these issues promptly and rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to escalate this matter further through legal avenues available to me. I anticipate your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution.

Consumer Complaint: Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to XXXX, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the Metro 2 compliance standards. Also as stated in the XXXX Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! I have listed the concerns about your reporting in this document. It's not complete and does not meet my standards according to law, you must certify all aspects of required FCRA/ Metro 2 compliance which is done truthfully, correctly ( in a timely manner ), completely AND accurately as well - or else I would have to escalate these issues to the CFPB , FTC and my Attorney General.

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. I am also placing a FTC reference number- # XXXX so that you can verify the inaccuracy of fraud that is placed on my credit report. Now based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of the results of your investigation. Enclosed are copies of documents supporting my claim for your review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that the inaccurate information be corrected or removed from my credit report at the earliest.
