Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' XXXX, the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies Equifax and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Per the FCRA, as a federally protected consumer, I am now opting out of any and all authorization that I, the consumer, may have given you that was written, unwritten, verbal, or nonverbal per 15 USC 6802. Any and all consent to Equifax, XXXX, XXXX whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. According to 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to officially dispute the information contained in my consumer report, as provided by your agency. After a careful examination of my report, it has come to my attention that undisclosed personal information about me has been shared with a non-affiliated third party without my explicit written consent. This raises concerns as it appears to violate the regulations outlined in 15 U.S. Code 6802 - Obligations with Respect to Disclosures of Personal Information. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am entitled to be informed about and control the disclosure of my personal information. The disclosure to a non-affiliated third party without affording me the opportunity to opt-out, as mandated by law, raises significant privacy concerns. Upon a detailed review of the report, I observed that specific accounts are being reported without obtaining my written consent. It is essential to clarify that my dispute is directed towards your reporting agency for disseminating and reporting information without proper authorization, not with the creditor. Referring to 15 USC 1681b - Permissible Purpose, which mandates a consumer 's written consent for the reporting of personal information, I have not granted such consent. I kindly request documentation to verify my consent, demonstrating compliance with this legal requirement. Failure to provide evidence of my consent may be construed as a violation of my rights under the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: I have submitted all of the proper documentation to Equifax more than once. I have additional documentation that I have sent in as well. Whenever I call for an update, I'm told I will hear back within 24-48 hours. No one has reached out each time ; I call in and get the runaround. Each time I call, I submit additional documentation with a rep on the phone via an email link they send. All they say is. " the department needs more information. '' There is no specialist to speak to, no one to ask what they need, and no one to confirm anything. My XXXX XXXX adverse data has been appropriately removed from other credit bureaus because I have provided all the necessary documents for you to do so and have given the same information to Equifax since XXXX. The reps I speak to say there is no one in the investigation department to speak to ever. I have not been provided with a single point of contact nor proper assistance with this being resolved in a proper amount of time. XX/XX/XXXX multiple times XX/XX/XXXX multiple times
