Under 15 USC 1681a1 " Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system ''. Attached are my credit reports which will clearly show inaccuracies in payments and balances as well. 15 USC 1681 604a states that any consumer reporting agency can only furnish a consumer report with my written permission. 15 USC 1681 602a4 states that I have the right to privacy.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XX/XX/1990 XXXX In need of immediate deletion of false information & in discrepancies associated with confirmed identity theft on my credit report. I am a victim of the Equifax Data Breach, unfortunately, my personal information has been stolen, bought, sold, and used illegally. Long before Equifax admitted fault for their data breach ; I started actively disputing and removing accounts I noticed and could prove did not belong to me but were reporting on my credit file. I hired different credit companies to help me figure out a solution, contemplated bankruptcy, and placed self initiated freeze on all 3 of my credit reports. This has deeply and negatively affected every area of my livelihood negatively and has only caused unnecessary barriers for necessary necessities ( like housing, interest rates, etc. ) Equifax has confirmed the identity theft, yet allowed lenders to destroy my credit ; due to their lack of urgency and IMO extreme negligence from allowing the data breach initially to their approach to remedy it after the fact. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. These accounts are a result of XXXX 's XXXX XXXX, and I want these items deleted from my credit report effective immediately. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am attaching proof that Equifax admitted I was in fact a victim of this data breach and Equifax has done nothing to help remedy this awful situation. Please help me delete these illegal accounts from my credit report.
