Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased a computer from XXXX that showed as delivered on XX/XX/XXXX, but I never received. I contacted XXXX XXXX several times to get this handled and they kept referring me to my credit car company Discover, to dispute it. I contacted Discover and opened a dispute on XX/XX/XXXX for {$2400.00} and submitted all the paperwork I had. I submitted the emails from XXXX XXXX and from XXXX. I disputed the charges on the grounds that I never received the order and the XXXX tracking showed it was signed for by someone I never heard of. Discover closed my dispute and ruled in XXXX XXXX 's favor. Their own terms of service indicate that if I don't receive an item I bought, that I can open a dispute and they will refund it if it is proven that I didn't receive it. By XXXX 's tracking number, it clearly shows that I didn't receive the item, and that XXXX delivered it to the wrong address. I have tries contacting Discover multiple times since and they continue to refuse to reopen the dispute. Discover violated their own terms and didn't protect their customer, me, from being wronged.

I was denied credit in this consumer credit transaction, which is an adverse action and in violation of USC 1691 ( d ) ( 6 ). Discover can not send me an adverse action and I have already completed the transaction when I did the credit application. This is aggravated identity theft because they took my business application and entered me into a consumer credit transaction ( knowingly took my business credit application and opened up a checking account without my permission ).
