Consumer Complaint: I purchased a XXXX thru XXXX XXXX site using their breeder XXXX XXXX paid high fees to XXXX XXXX they require when paying breeder for deposit and final amount. The dog was agreed to be transported on XX/XX/XXXX it did not come and the breeder nor her transport contact she gave me would answer ..so i disputed deposit and payment i thought dog wasnt coming with no replys. Then around XXXX a day later dog was delivered without the promised 1 year genetic health guarantee. So i closed dispute since i had dog then. But 2 weeks later the dog was having diarhea since she got here then XXXX dog had XXXX we rushed her to e r vet. She had body temp of XXXX was cold and no glucose level at all. XXXX XXXX and the XXXX vet said XXXX is only found microsoic doesnt show on fecals. Also said this is a toy pup which i was not informed of i was buying a dog that would grow to XXXX to XXXX. She also said pup that tiny shoukd not of left the brreeder until 12 weeks at the least this is an entirely different issue inhave a veryvsick dog and discover refuses to reopen dispute or start new one. Breeder is hostile XXXX XXXX company mgr XXXX will notnhelp me i researched to getva healthy pup she my vet says and i sent medical recorders from er vet and mine that the pup had gardia from breeder environment. Plus geneticly hypoglymic and needsba stunt in XXXX later she cant be vaccinated this sick. I want a full refund back to my discover card for both transactions to and thru XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX plus fees and XXXX plus fees. I proved the vets diagnosis plus i paid for a healthy dog. Instead i have a toy dog. With health issues. Breeder refuses to honor 1cyear guatantee. Please get mevmynmoney back this is wrong unfair and false advertising by XXXX XXXX for protection and breeder posts XXXX not toy or mini. After a lot of back and forth, they admitted to receiving it after first denying that i had sent it. XXXX XXXX. Discover Home Loans is saying they don't have my insurance on file. I sent it to them again on XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Worked with discover card on a settlement due to me being a XXXX veteran and going through a hardship. They agreed to Settle with me at {$3900.00} and to make 3 payment to pay it off in full. They promised me and my attorney on the same phone call that no adverse credit reporting would happen. My credit has dropped XXXX points due to their inaccurate credit reporting of delinquencys and late payments charge off. They reported to the credit bureaus as me being delinquent and past due even though I have not missed one payment. I have all the proof and I came to them in good faith and will to set up a payment plan and settle to avoid adverse credit reporting. They have retaliated against me and it is erroneous and malicious. I need help. What they are doing to me is unethical and illegal.

Consumer Complaint: I bought XXXX XXXX products from XXXX. They clearly say on the box that the items are to remain frozen. They were sent to me in a box without ANY form of ice packs or anything to even keep the items cold, much less frozen. I called XXXX and they said they don't ship their items with any kind of cold packaging. They told me they send their items ready to eat. First, it doesn't say this on the website. I wasn't prepared to eat 4 pies and doughnuts at that time nor should I HAVE to. I ordered frozen pies and doughnuts and that is what I should receive. It is unsafe to refreeze items that arrive unfrozen. When the company wouldn't help. I contacted Discover card. They sent me the following email : We've received your request to dispute the transaction for {$54.00} on your Discover Card account and are sorry to hear you had a poor experience with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We can not, however, continue further with the investigation on your behalf with the merchant based on the reason you have provided for requesting to dispute this transaction. As a result, the transaction remains a part of your account balance unless already paid and is subject to interest calculations, if applicable, and calculation of your minimum payment due. Your current minimum payment due can be found on your most recent billing statement along with any interest assessed for that billing period, including any interest on this transaction. Please contact the merchant or manufacturer directly for questions about : Inconveniences Disagreements with the merchant 's stated policy Rebates/Reimbursement requests Manufacturer 's warranty Promotional offers Incidental damages related to the purchase Unrecognized in-person Chip transactions My dispute included none of these. My credit cards all have about the same interest rate and all seem to lower when I make a monthly payment minus the discover card my sister also has the same issue. Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. Consumer Complaint: A company called me this morning asking for XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX, both of those last names have not been my current or used names in at least 16 years. The person that called me hung up on me as soon as I stated that name was more than 15 years unused. I called the number that call me back XXXX and they directed me to call another number XXXX with reference number XXXX, trying to collect a debt they state I didn't pay in XXXX and XXXX. The XXXX card was for a XXXX card that I have paid off quite some time ago and the XXXX is discover card that I have never had. I currently have 2 discover accounts that I opened in the last 2 years and they never mentioned I owed them a debt and issued the 2 accounts to me. They also had the last 4 digits of my social security number. They stated that no one was at my house to accept legal documents, except my mom lives with me and my husband works from home, so there is someone there XXXX I told the man that I spoke with that the debt was to old to be collected by them and if they sent me any paperwork I would be happy to provide it to my attorney. They had my current name and address, but referenced a job I haven't had since XXXX. I told them the Fair credit report act protected me from this old debt and that they are welcome to send the debt to be collected by the IRS or I will take any paperwork they send me to my attorney. On the XXXX state ( where I reside and have since XXXX ) court 's website there is nothing filed after XXXX for last name XXXX and nothing filed for last name XXXX XXXX. I have been married twice since then, there is nothing filed under last name XXXX since XXXX ( my divorce ) and nothing under my current last name XXXX XXXX. Stated I owe over XXXX for an XXXX original debt from discover, the discover account number he provided is XXXX. I had such bad credit at that time I could not qualify for any cards. in the last 5 years I have paid off all the debt on my credit report and have an outstanding credit rating. I will be contacting discover directly next with the account info, my credit is locked with experian and can't be used unless I unlock it. Per Washington state law, they have 6 years to collect a debt, here is the RCW for it : RCW 62A.3-118 Statute of limitations. ( a ) Except as provided in subsection ( e ), an action to enforce the obligation of a party to pay a note payable at a definite time must be commenced within six years after the due date or dates stated in the note or, if a due date is accelerated, within six years after the accelerated due date. ( b ) Except as provided in subsection ( d ) or ( e ), if demand for payment is made to the maker of a note payable on demand, an action to enforce the obligation of a party to pay the note must be commenced within six years after the demand. If no demand for payment is made to the maker, an action to enforce the note is barred if neither principal nor interest on the note has been paid for a continuous period of ten years. ( c ) Except as provided in subsection ( d ), an action to enforce the obligation of a party to an unaccepted draft to pay the draft must be commenced within six years after dishonor of the draft or ten years after the date of the draft, whichever period expires first. ( d ) An action to enforce the obligation of the acceptor of a certified check or the issuer of a teller 's check, cashier 's check, or traveler 's check must be commenced within three years after demand for payment is made to the acceptor or issuer, as the case may be.
