Consumer Complaint: I have money in my account and have not been able to get it out for going on about 2 months now. They took my money by letting me link a credit card, but they will not allow me to link a bank account. First - they made test deposits but then their app kept saying the amount I entered was not correct. Then I removed my bank account to start the process over, and have never received any more verification deposits. My money ( ~800 ) is stuck in Coinbase with no way for me to get it out ...

Consumer Complaint: I am having an issue with Coinbase and was advised to reach out to you guys as a lot of people have been getting issues resolved when going through CFPD. I initiated a withdraw from my CoinBase account on XX/XX/XXXX to my Bank Account ( Please see attached screenshot ). Coinbase said I should received the funds on the XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and still no funds in my bank account. Transaction is still showing as " pending '' on their website. I have reached out multiple times to CB support. Got a reply 3 days later from the first time I reached out to them. They asked for information that I had ALREADY provided to them initially. Seems like they are stalling, trying to buy time, or just ignore their customers. Upon my follow up email I still have n't received another reply from them and its been 2 weeks since then ... Please review my case and please help me! Thank you

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX 2017 XXXX sold me XXXX Bitcoin Cash ( BCH ) at an fraudulent/unfair price of {$6000.00}. I then proceeded to sell the XXXXBCH at {$9500.00}, only to have my sell order rejected because they shut down the exchange due to a computer glitch on their behalf. I lost out on a sale of about {$100000.00}. I came back the next day to find the price crashed down and not able to sell. Because of their computer malfunction, I decided to hold off on any trading on the account until the issue was resolved. I have not received any sort of response from them, and they 've hung up the phone the one time I was able to get through to customer support. Because of this, it caused me to lose out on an Ethereum position that should be equal to XXXXeth not to mention time, energy, and money spent trying to resolve the issue.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, On Saturday XXXX XXXX XXXX 2017 I changed my phone and lost my XXXX authenticator app. I followed the dedicated path on coinbase support ( I tried incognito too as suggested ) : 1. Unable to submit a one-time code? 2. I have lost my Authenticator App 3. Completing the steps to recover my account : phone number - id verification - overview When completed I receive the following email : " Your identity and photo have been verified Success! Your identity and photo have been verified. '' If I click on the " buy digital currency '' button I am redirected to the login page, having the exact same issue, and being unable to login because the authenticator code is required. I do n't have the secret seed stored anywhere. This is the support link, but the procedure described as " If you 've lost the device with your Authenticator app and DO NOT have access to the secret seed code '' is not working because, as I have described, I am stuck in a loop : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Although i received an email to say that my documents have been verified i still ca n't log in. When i type in my user name and password it prompts me for my authenticator code. however, i ca n't get that because i ca n't install authenticator on my new phone because the barcode i need to scan is on coinbase once you log in ( chicken and egg situation ). '' Coinbase support, when answering, suggests to log in the account and change it from the settings, which is impossible. Thanks

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase claimed that any amount of bitcoin that existed prior to the bitcoin fork of XXXX XXXX, 2017 would be available in my Coinbase account and be able to be withdrawn by XX/XX/XXXX. Prior to the fork, I had XXXX bitcoin in my Coinbase account, and thus, I should have been credited with XXXX Bitcoin Cash in my Coinbase account when Bitcoin Cash was implemented in their system ( like other users where ). However these funds failed to show up in my account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I filled a complaint at Coinbase ' support website. I have yet to hear back from them. I still do not have the correct Bitcoin cash in my account.
