I have roughly {$200.00} USD and approximately .8 ETH ( roughly {$960.00} USD ) locked in the account and have no way to access it. I attempted to resolve the issue with the online customer service form on XX/XX/XXXX and was never responded to. I attempted to resolve the issue with customer service over the phone on XX/XX/XXXX and was never able to reach a representative. I attempted again to contact customer service via email on XX/XX/XXXX and was never responded to.

Consumer Complaint: Wire transfer completed on XX/XX/XXXX from my local bank for {$12000.00} to Coinbase, INC. Coinbase says wires are posted to your account the SAME DAY day if received by XXXX EST, they received my wire at XXXX EST on XX/XX/XXXX. The wire as of today XX/XX/XXXX the funds have not been credit to my Coinbase account. I have emailed the company multiple times only to receive generic responses that do not resolve my lost wire. XX/XX/XXXX - I emailed XXXX to say my wire has not been posted. Coinbase responses on XX/XX/XXXX with a generic mass message saying it could take XXXX days from the when the wire was completed ( already over 20 days received ) and have me a link to case # XXXX which says it was specific to my case status but the link takes me to a their general FAQ page. I responded on XX/XX/XXXX to this email asking them to reverse the wire immediately and attached the wire confirmation information my local bank provides to me. No response as of XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - I emailed XXXX asking where my funds are, they sent back a mass response generic message saying it could take several days and if I the wire was not posted in 2 business days reply with case # XXXX. They also gave me a link to follow up on the case but it goes to the general FAQ page, not my specific case. XX/XX/XXXX - I relied to XXXX to say my funds were still not in my account. With no response. XX/XX/XXXX - Replied again to XXXX saying the funds have not been posted. No reply from company.

It still hasn't shown up and i have been sending daily Emails asking for help as this is XXXX worth of aud and pretty much all my savings. XXXX has been great helping with proof of the successful transaction, which i have offered to provide to coinbase on multiple occasions but still no response. I have also tried calling there American number but i can never get through and this is costing me a lot of money each attempt as i live in XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I transferred by wire transfer on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX to Coinbase.com to be able to buy bit coin. The transfer was executed correctly by my Financial institution according to the directions on their website and it was received by the beneficiary bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX. It has not been applied to my online account and when I tried to call coinbase they do not take human calls and require an email to discuss the issue- after several tries to reach them I spoke to a person named " XXXX '' in the fraud department and he sent me email on XX/XX/XXXX saying he was working on the issue. When I emailed back to check status onXX/XX/XXXX I received a automatic reply that the email address I was given no longer accepted direct emails and I still do not have my XXXX back. I called XXXX XXXX and they said the money would be in Coinbase 's account and that Coinbase would have to release it back. They will not respond to me.
