Consumer Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( online at Best Buy ) and charged it to my Best Buy Credit Card. The bike was delivered and had a defective tension motor out of the box as well as a software issue where the screen would stop working. I contacted Best Buy and they said they can not assist and that I need to deal with XXXX XXXX directly. I contacted XXXX XXXX, who then sent me to a 3rd party for assistance with my warranty. This was during the return window. They declined to help as well. I went back to Best Buy and they said they will not assist. I now have a bike I paid {$2100.00} that does not work properly. I continued to reach out to Nordic Track and the 3rd party they contract their warranty to and they continued to stone wall me. I spent a year calling them repeatedly about my defective bike and many hours of phone calls. One service agent suggested that I have my " partner '' fix it for me. I am single. This was offensive. They then stated that I could pay one of their service partners {$250.00} for a service call, then let that service partner order parts, pay for the parts, spend another {$250.00} for another service call, and they will review it later and see if they will reimburse. This seemed like a fraudulent money grab. Please keep in mind this was defective out of the box upon delivery and clearly within the warranty timeframe. After so many calls and receiving no help the bike just sat in my living room unused. This year I paid out of pocket to XXXX XXXX in XXXX, CA to diagnose the bike. The charge was {$100.00}. They said it was a defective tension motor. They ordered the part and returned on XX/XX/XXXX to install it and I paid another {$120.00} plus the cost of the part for that service. The bike was ridden about XXXX times per month since then and the tension motor ( a XXXX XXXX part directly from the company ) failed again and the flywheel/bearings are also defective ( knocking sound ). This feels like a lemon and I have been sold something that was improperly manufactured and the company just stone walls its customers by sending them to a 3rd party that frankly could care less about honoring the warranty. All told this was sold as a commercial quality bike and it has never actually worked as advertised and the parts I am repairing have been confirmed as a manufacturer 's defect. They need to replace this bike or refund the charge. Best Buy has an obligation to not sell defective merchandise. They are absolutely a big issue in this whole transaction.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I mailed a letter to Citibank exercising my rights as a consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and also pursuant to 16 CFR 313.7 ( f ). In this letter I requested to opt out of any and all authorizations I may have provided to Citi, whether verbal, nonverbal, written, nonwritten or implied. I asked that a letter of acknowledgment be mailed to me and have not received any response from the company. Furthermore, Citi is still reporting my personal information to the CRAs after receiving written withdrawal of my authorization to do so. A copy of the letter mailed to Citi is attached.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX and XXXX, There were 2 unauthorized charges on my goodyear credit card. This account had been hijacked and a hacker used it to make unauthorized purchases. I notified XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX when I noticed these bogus charges and told them what happened. I also closed my account with them on that same day. Citi Goodyear decided I was at fault and refused to dismiss the charges. I've attached the letter I was sent. I can not afford to pay this fraudulent charge. What recourse do I have?

Consumer Complaint: Citibank sent me an offer of balance transfer with 0 % interest till XX/XX/XXXX. I took the deal and received fund twice, {$1100.00} ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and {$5400.00} ( XX/XX/XXXX ). Citibank sent me XXXX statement for {$17000.00} which included both the balance transfers and regular credit card charges. There was no distinction between the two types and statement indicated balance due was {$17000.00}. I paid the amount in full in order to avoid possible interest fees before the pay date. Even though the amount was paid before, Citibank charged transfer fee of {$270.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I called the credit company on XX/XX/XXXX and requested clarification and reversal of the charge. The bank told me that I have to pay additional amount of {$3600.00} if I want to avoid further interest charges which I complied. The practice of Citibank credit card with balance transfer is confusing, unclear, and deceptive. They should not mix lending and credit card businesses and if they do, they need to clearly distinguish them in their statement. I was unfairly charged the fees and I want them to be reimbursed.

Consumer Complaint: Company scammed customer. Bought tickets from a company and was allowed entry with 1 hour left because it was oversold. Stage was not built like the advertisement so it was false advertising. Because they failed inspection it was late too. Also because they denied entry people broke the barriers and ran through the barriers causing a safety hazard. These are everything XXXX had but still happened : XXXX XXXX had all the necessary equipment, materials, supplies, suppliers, vendors, labor and personnel to handle all the maintenance, construction, and build out for XXXX XXXX design and infrastructure like the stages, seating, bathrooms, and concessions, XXXX XXXX would pass all inspections and tests done by the City and other agencies or regulators ; XXXX XXXX would receive all the necessary permits and approvals by government agencies and other authorities to take place as scheduled ; XXXX XXXX would not be oversold or exceed capacity ; XXXX XXXX capacity and crown control would not violate, and comply at all times with, XXXX XXXX XXXX fire codes and other capacity and safety rules and regulations applicable to XXXX XXXX concerts or festivals ; that everyone with a valid ticket would be able to attend and/or access XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX had oversold their shows. Consumer Complaint: In XXXXXXXX XXXXf 2016, I went through a bad divorce and was forced to file XXXX, which was also discharged in XXXXr XXXX 2016. XXXX years AFTER my XXXX was discharged, Citi extended me a XXXX XXXX with a {$8000.00} limit. The bill has never been late, over limit, or had a retuned payment. Yet when I ask to increase my credit limit, I am auto declined because of the 2016 XXXX, which makes no sense as there was no problem giving me a credit card with that on my credit. I have called in several times and been escalated yet nothing has been resolved, no one has called me back as promised. One Manager even said for all the trouble they were crediting my cash back {$50.00} as an inconvenience, yet that also has not happed. My XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX are complexly inline for credit underwriting considerations, nothing on my credit has been late or any finances issues since that XXXX in 2016. This is a violation of Reg B as I have asked multiple times to have a human underwrite my requests since a computer can not seem to make an exception.

This company while they supposed to answer me about the inquire, they emailed me today stating my credit changed, it looks they ignored the Dispute I filed against CITIBANK VISA for services not rendered for the amount of {$1000.00}. ( CITIBANK VISA it looks lie to the CFPB in their previous responses when I opened at least 7 inquires for the dispute amount of {$1000.00}, The said they will report this account as Disputed In fact, Citibank according with XXXX stated CITIBANK is Flagged this account as past due account and Delinquent and even They added additional Charges to the Dispute Account for a total of {$1100.00}. XXXX is aware of the dispute on this account instead to correct it and remove it XXXX made it worst adding even a wrong amount {$1100.00} and Branded the Account as DELINQUENT/POTENTIALLY NEGATIVE. I went in its XXXX website to file my concern and demand them to remove this account as delinquent/potentially negative, The same I'm doing here, If they don't remove it then I don't have more option than file a Lawsuit against them and Citibank Visa for reporting a damaging credit report.
