Consumer Complaint: Hello, I have a Comenity MasterCard and starting XX/XX/2021, I had a balance of {$410.00}. Back in XX/XX/2021, there was a payment posted by a mail-in check of {$1800.00} that I am fully aware I did not send. I have called them multiple times regarding this situation. The first representative I spoke with told me to not worry about the payment which I am afraid someone might have mistakenly posted on my account. The second representative I spoke with opened up a case. Once they were done with the investigation, not only did they reverse the {$1800.00} payment, they increased my balance by {$1800.00}. Now I am owing a total of {$22000.00}. I have been calling them regarding this situation since XX/XX/2021. I spoke with 2 representative that told me to wait 30 days. I called again XX/XX/2021 and the representative opened another case, but I have not heard from them at all. And no one has been able to help me with my situation. And I was told that it will not affect my credit. I am still making payment on this account and has not missed a payment. This is has been affecting my credit score negatively.

The false reporting has gone on too long and should be removed. I was told it would be completely removed years ago and is still not being reported correctly. It is almost 6 years old and still lingering. Please have removed as it was promised 5+ years back.

Consumer Complaint: Made 3 payments totaling XXXX dollars in XX/XX/2021. Sent payments to a lockbox address given to me by the companies customer service representative. The company switched lockbox addresses and did not inform the customer. Payments of XXXX dollars were posted to the account. There has not been a correction on this account. There is an outstanding XXXX dollars not posted to the account. The lockbox address was switched in XX/XX/2021. I had no knowledge of where to send my payments in. The company informed me that the payment would be forwarded to the new lockbox. I disputed this with the company in XX/XX/2021 because my payments were not posted in time.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I fell at work and was off because of the XXXX. The Creditor Victoria Secret credit card was calling my employer and giving my boss information that I was behind on my payments, what I owed and the min. payment. I was not late and the payment and dates did get matched together. I guess they kept applying the payment to the previous month. I am upset and have closed the account because of the disclosed information to my employer. If they could not get a hold of me, they should have sent a letter. My personal information should never be given to anyone. When I complained to the " Manager '' they said they have the right to call my employer. I informed him that he could not give out my personal information to my employer. I closed the account in frustration. I later opened a second account, but this practice is against the law. What can be done?
