Consumer Complaint: I contacted my credit card company on XX/XX/XXXX about a purchase I made on XX/XX/XXXX. I purchased three products from a kiosk, owned by XXXX XXXX, at a shopping mall in XXXX, TN. The products were demonstrated by applying them to my face and after the sales person reduced the price three times I finally purchased the products for {$380.00}, good for today only. After the purchase the sales rep said she would email me the instructions on how to use their product. When I returned home the next day I opened my products and read the instructions the sales rep. XXXX had emailed me. The first this I noticed was the instructions on the product box were different from the instructions from the sales rep. Her instructions said to use " once a week '' the box said " Daily application ''. There are other discrepancies like the sales rep saying the product contained collagen, but its not listed in the ingredients. I decided to go ahead an try the product I had because it had worked well at removing the bags under my eyes. The sales rep told me to apply before bedtime which I did. As soon as I applied the product I could tell it was not like the product she had applied to my eyes at the mall. I left the product on my eyes overnight and when I got up the next morning the skin around my eyes was irritated, red and wrinkled. This product is horrible and it was obvious the product was very different than what the sales rep said she was selling me. When I looked at the sales receipt I noticed on the bottom it stated " No Refund. Exchange only within 14 days with unopened product '' I contacted my credit card company explaining what had happened along with all the documentation and after several weeks I received a letter stating they would not issue a refund because I made an in person purchase. This made no sense because you can still be scammed in person. I contacted XXXX XXXX and was told they have high quality products, they won't give a refund. I feel the credit card company, Barclay, made no effort to resolve my issue even though this company pulled a bait and switch.

I WILL LIST ALL TRANSACTIONS ;XX/XX/XXXX TIMESHARE XXXX-XXXX XX/XX/XXXX TIMESHARE BY OWNER-XXXX XX/XX/XXXX TIMESHARE BY OWNER-XXXX XX/XX/XXXXTIMESHARE BY OWNER-XXXX HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES AND I TOLD THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT.. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MY SICK HUSBAND AND TOLD THEM THAT ALSO, BUT THEY DID NOT CARD ABOUT ANYTHING.. THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY KEPT TELLING ME I DID MAKE THESE CHARGES AND THEY STATED I DID TELL THEM I MADE THESE TRANSACTIONS WHEN IN FACT I NEVER EVER TOLD THEM SUCH A THING.. Consumer Complaint: My XX/XX/XXXX statement from Barclaycard Visa had a balance of {$770.00}. The full payment to pay off the account was mailed in before the due date however the payment didn't post until two days after the due date. I flew to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was out of the country for 2 weeks and my put the payment in the mail then. On my XX/XX/XXXX statement it shows i was billed a late fee of {$27.00} and a finance charge of {$11.00}. I called in to request the fees to be removed and was told it would be. then on my XX/XX/XXXX statement, I was charged a {$37.00} late fee and interest totaling {$1.00}. I mailed my payment of {$200.00} for a purchase and wrote a note telling barclays they can either remove all the fees or close the account. They sent back a response saying they are unable to complete my request.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX a company charged {$44.00} on a Barclays credit card I had not used for a few months. XXXX must have changed me to paperless because I never received a statement. In XX/XX/XXXX, I saw a drop on my credit report because of late fee and interest charges. I talked to Barclays and they did waive all the late fees and payment charge fees. However, they said it was too late for them to tell the credit agencies and I would have to dispute the charges myself. This policy is crazy, because I have to dispute the charges myself and then it takes 30 days to investigate the charges. During this time my credit score has dropped over 100 points because Barclays wouldn't contact the credit agencies directly.

Consumer Complaint: I pulled my credit due to a recent fraud situation and found several credit inquiries that I did not authorize. I wrote letters to the companies and did not ever get a response back. These are not my inquiries and they need to be removed from my credit report. It is negatively impacting my ability to get credit and I will seek legal action if it is not resolved immediately.
