Consumer Complaint: Right now I owe a big chunk of funds to the IRS for taxes, and I am trying to collect as much money as possible to pay them, so I am late on my payments with my XXXX credit card. The company closed my account, and they call me throughout the day to talk about my card balance. I have repeatedly informed them of my situation and let them know that I can pay only around {$25.00} until my taxes are paid. I understand that the balance needs to be paid. My payments are due on the 21st of each month and I have continually spoke with someone each month about my situation. The last time I spoke with an agent was on XX/XX/2018. In the phone conversation, I informed her of my situation. She repeatedly asked to to pay a over {$90.00}, which I informed her at this moment could not happen. I told her that something would be paid. Last month in XXXX I paid {$25.00}. Then I asked will they continue to call me throughout the day like they do, and she apologized and told me no, not until after my billing due date, which is on the XXXX of XXXX. She also let me know that she understands my situation, which the other agent said the same in XXXX. No other resolution was presented. The calls are throughout the day, at least 4 to 5 times during the day 9-5, have began again as of yesterday. I did pick up once, and the person on the other end hung up the phone once I spoke. Today as of XXXX XXXX, I have been called 3 times. Plus I get calls from other phones numbers that are similar to mine. I believe that it may be from the XXXX company as well, routing the call so I would pick up the phone. They told me I would not receive a call from them until after XX/XX/18. I would rather not receive a call at all, especially if they continue to harass me..

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted to Barclays Bank Delaware via a certified letter a request that they cease their unauthorized hard inquiries to my credit report and that they contact the credit bureaus to have them removed. I stated that to my knowledge, I had not signed any document authorizing their organization to view my credit history and therefore, their inquiry violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 1681b ( c ). I also asked that if they were in possession of any document that they believed authorized them to make the inquiry into my credit report to provide me with a copy for my review. In responding to my letter, instead of providing me with a copy of any material they believed authorized their review of my credit report, the company stated " they completed a through review of your situation '' and that " research '' indicated there were applications submitted on my behalf. They did not provide a copy of the applications as requested in my letter. Instead they stated " we were able to verify the information include on the application including the social security number, date of birth, phone numbers and mailing address using public records. '' In my XX/XX/XXXX letter sent certified mail, I asked that if they were in possession of any document that you believe authorized you or your organization to make inquiries into my credit report, that you provide me with a copy of the document. Instead of providing a copy of the document, the company chose to submit a letter that claims to have verified the validity of the inquiry. This is not sufficient under the law. As an initial matter, the other company listed in your letter is not listed as the one requesting the inquiry, but your company is. Given this, you are a furnisher as defined by 16 C.F.R. 660.2 ( b ) because you are an entity that furnished information relating to me ( the consumer ) to one or more consumer reporting agencies.

I closed that account back in XX/XX/2018 .payment was mad by transferred the balance to another account. Right before the transaction done it was due date, then I paid {$100.00} to avoid late fee until the transferred done. I contacted that company more than six times requesting refund for my extra payment of {$100.00}. But never issued by the company. The check did not clear to the correct payee. Somehow Barclay Bank cashed the check. As you will see on the back of the check Barclays. Called Barclays Bank was told the do not see Any check for $ XXXX-Also they have no real way to check this. In todays world no way to check for a check! Wow I need help the check cleared ( Ihave the proof ) I have been to XXXX Hospital 2 times in less than 30 days. This whole thing is stressful!! I take my credit very serious so when Barclays keep they have no way of check this extremely disturbing. I can not longer handle this my XXXX hurts!! Hospital visits can b proved!! Consumer Complaint: I've been gainfully unemployed for 4 months now ... I've been keeping my bill current with side work/gigs here & there but have run into issues. However, it's been a HUGE issue to call and speak to customer service given they're overseas and are not quite understanding of American economy and living ... Along with the language barrier. I am asking for 2 things : ( a ) Forbearance for 60 days to protect my credit rating.. ( b ) I've asked several times for a credit increase to {$1500.00} which would allow me to pay the minimum and stretch out this employment wait ... The current balance does not allow me any wiggle room to kick cans around, pay financing charges until circumstance change.. Essentially there is no room for a pseudo personal loan during hard times.. What if I was in the Carolinas right now and needed extra $ $ IMMEDIATELY??

Consumer Complaint: I have an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. According to the card benefits I am protected up to {$5000.00} for trip interruption benefits. I filed a claim for a trip that was cancelled due to weather on XX/XX/2018. I have spent countless hours on hold and on the phone with the company only to get the run around. They have denied my claim without reason, or their reasons are inaccurate. I was stuck on the tarmac for 3.5 hours and miss my connecting flight and missed the cruise in XXXX. According to my card benefits, I am covered for the cost of the trip, however they are denying my claim without reason ( or the reasons make NO SENSE ) They give me phone numbers that aren't even in XXXX to call. I have spent the past 2 months working on this and the last call was 58 minutes long before I had to hang up while on hold waiting for someone. My entire trip was cancelled because of weather. I have an email from XXXX XXXX, which I sent to the credit card company, confirming that the flights were cancelled due to weather. They are a fraudulent company offering things that they won't delver on. I am don't know what further actions to take besides reporting them. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: I bought a new iwatch two for XXXX dollars and change total witb a new Barclays credit i had obtained to improve my credit score. After two weeks I decided that it would be best to pay it off because i could miss i payment and that would be worst than trying to incresase my score by a few points, so did. 3-4 weeks later i call to see if my balance was indeed at XXXX. Surprising, my balance was over my approved credit limit. I call again in a week to see the satus of my disputed fradudelent charges and they ask me so many privacy questions ( at least 5 ) and apparently i answered one incorrectly so i get locked out of my account. I then had to mail them a copy of my id, bank statement, and social security card, not once but twice, while, my fraudulent charges where never issued a credit so although i did not owe them anymoney- i did. So not to get a late payment i sent in two payments as they requested. My onlynproblem is that they have marked one of them as 30 days lare.
