Consumer Complaint: My credit card company has closed my merchant non-performance dispute as they explain that too much time has elapse to collect from the merchant. Our purchase was for a XXXX XXXX membership that included " points '' awarded yearly to purchase travel related products such as airline tickets and timeshare stays. We purchased the {$19000.00} 25 years contract using 4 credit cards transactions. Three transactions with Barclays and one with XXXX. I will attach recent correspondence with Barclays that will detail the history starting with Barclays rejection of two f the dispute. One dispute was refunded after the Barclays investigation but the other two were not due to their agents failure to properly process the complaint that was filed by phone. The three transactions were disputed at the same time but the agent used a single case number which caused the other two to be dropped or ignored. The fourth dispute filed with XXXX was refunded after their investigation. Again these details are in the attachment along with copies of the letters and evidence that my letters were faxed and expressed mailed to Barclays. I have tried to reach out to Barclays, twice, to avoid escalating resolution to a third party but they have not responded to my disappointment.

I do not know the site they are wanting me to connect with, am I concerned it might be some type of scam they are trying to do. Consumer Complaint: Barclay approved my application then send me my card. I used it place an order. Then during the order ship time, barclay put an restriction on the account and canceled my order without notification. I called more than 10 times and faxed them all the documents they asked for three times. Different representative give me different information. Someone said none of the documents has been received. Someone said the restrictions will be removed. Someone said partial documents received. None of them could give a single answer and most of are rude and not even know what they are talking about. I have the record to prove that. The application is approved on XX/XX/XXXX. Up to today XXXX, they still saying restrictions is on the way to remove and ask me to wait for 24 hours after 24 hours after 28 hours. I decided not to wait for the endless waiting time and rudeness service ever and ask them to close my account. They refuse to do so and ask me to call back again and again. Not able to close my account with barclay and would like it to be closed now.

Consumer Complaint: I had a balance on my Barclays Business Card in the amount of {$5800.00} on XX/XX/2020. I made a payment on XX/XX/2020 in the amount of {$900.00}, which my statement shows. However, Barclays Bank never deducted the {$900.00} payment from my balance and is now telling me I still own {$5800.00}, after they already took the {$900.00}. I called on XX/XX/2020 and spoke to XXXX who can not give me an answer. This has happened in the past where Barclays added a {$2000.00} charge to my account and it took three months and a complaint to you to get that {$2000.00} removed. It's absolutely ridiculous that I need to go through this account on line every day to make sure they do their properly.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2020, I received a promotional email from Barclays XXXX Mastercard. It said that if I spent {$2700.00} or more on my card for each of the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, I would receive a bonus of XXXX XXXX frequent flyer points within 2 months. I complied with the terms and spent in excess of the required {$2700.00} each of those 3 months. I have still not received the bonus miles in my XXXX account. I have called Barclays many times and spoken to " resolution managers '' and I have a resolution case number # XXXX. They have all confirmed I spent the required amount of money and should get the bonus. One manager claims it was issued on my statement ending XX/XX/2020. I do not see the bonus on that statement, nor does XXXX. I have also called XXXX and they say that Barclay has not sent them these miles to add to my account. They looked and do not see the miles sent/added either.

Consumer Complaint: Barclaycredit card misled me to believe that I do not have any minimum payment to be paid. My date for minimum payment was XXXX XXXX, 2020 ; I paid extra of {$200.00} on XX/XX/2020 whereby it covered the XX/XX/2020 minimum payment of {$29.00} ; Days before my minimum payment due ( XX/XX/2020 ) my online account displays that I do not have a minimum payment due. But on XX/XX/2020, an alert trigger that I did not pay my minimum payment of {$29.00} dated XX/XX/2020. The credit card company charged me a late fee and the worst part of it all, it will show in my credit report that I have a late payment on this card. This company is a fraud. Heartless. They make their system in such a way they can get you to be charged with fees. Please help me make sure that the late payment dated XX/XX/2020 will not show in my credit report. I am in the process of acquiring a house. This will ruin my application definitely. I will close this account when those fees are reversed come XX/XX/2020.

Consumer Complaint: Barclay Card received and processed an online payment from my bank on XX/XX/2019 where I mistakenly included an incorrect account number. Over the past 10 months I have provided documents from my bank stating that Barclay received the {$1300.00} payment but they can not locate it. I have placed 44 outbound calls to Barclay in hopes of resolving. I have initiated at least 5 cases with their " settlements team '' in hopes of them locating and applying the payment to my account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was advised to submit a letter to the Office of the President via mail and fax and I did that via both transmission methods. My credit report is showing as delinquent and last week I received a notification that the balance is now subject to charge-off. I have provided Barclay copies of my bank record, proof of payment from my bank ( XXXX ), my call log, and a screen shot of the delinquency notice supporting my dispute. Consumer Complaint: This all originally started when I sent a payment from my bank account to the credit card company ( Barclays ). The payment was sent before the due date, the details are below this message. Long story short, they said they didn't receive the payment, and charged me a late fee of {$29.00} So then I proceeded to question them about it, and they reversed that fee, which I was grateful for. But, in the meantime I wanted to know what happened to the payment, so I called my XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said they could stop payment on it. So I did that. Well then Barclays charged me another fee called " return payment fee '' of {$29.00} XXXX but they never received the payment. So I kept asking them why am I being charged this fee when you ( Barclay ) never received it. They would give no clear answer and will not explain. I also told them I want the account closed, and they refuse to do so in a timely manner. Saying they keep the account open for viewing or some other reasons. I want to somehow protect myself or know what to do in this instance because I feel somehow they are going to keep charging me fees, and keep the account open - hence why I am contacting you, to have record of this.
