I owe over XXXX. I recieved a letterswith conflicting amounts XXXX payoff XXXX payoff. And last payment was made in XXXX they wont send me my title to my vehicle. My credit score went to XXXX to less than 500 in 4 months. They wont send me the recorded conversation we had in XXXX till I agree to be recorded again that I owe. Now they have sent it to asset collections. Payments were in good standing over a 6 year period. Now they are requesting additional money. All I want is my title and my credit fixed.Loan ended in XXXX of 2019. I thought I completed payment as of XXXX 2019. Tried to rectify in XXXXl will Ally final pay off was XXXX as of XXXX talked to representatives and made payment accordingly. Now there are additional charges.

They already took me to court and lost, so they are getting even dirtier with their tactics now.

Consumer Complaint: Good afternoon after 2 months trying to reach a payment arrangement with ally finance which during that time every time I called nobody gave me an answer every person said something different and I explained that I had lost my job but did not want to lose car that they would give me some time they would say that if I could get some money they could make me the payment arrangement which I found difficult because I did not have money finally they lent me XXXX and I paid them for a stay for three months which today came a letter and They only gave me a month because in that call I was mistreated for not speaking English the person who attended me on XX/XX/2019 who made the payment arrangement told me that he will pay English classes and after I learned I made the payment arrangement I desperate I went out and I got a person who will translate me and make me repeat every word in English for me I was discriminated and now I only have one month to pay which were three m This is how I will not be able to lose the car now I ask where are the human rights I asked to speak with a boss and nobody passed the call simply because I am XXXX and spoke XXXX thanks for listening to me this started in XX/XX/2019 and it didn't end yet

Consumer Complaint: I purchased the vehicle while attending college back in 2011. I was given an astronomical rate due to being miss informed and a young minority in a desperate situation. After a few years and still attending college I lost my job and was unable to regularly maintain paying my car note. I contacted the creditor and informed them of my situation and they were unconcerned to say the least. I was threatened with late payment and repossession. At XXXXne point my vehicle was physically taken but never repossessed. I payed the owing balance then unknowingly I was credited a second time as if I received a new car when I received the vehicle back. I've disputed the multiple lates and multiple Ally account created due to the misreporting of information. I am hoping to have the closed account to be totally removed from my credit history.

Consumer Complaint: I called on XX/XX/XXXX to make my payment has agreed to. I know that I have had a hardship and trying to catch up with my payments. When calling on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, I was giving the run around transferred around and around told we can not help you. When I asked why am I being transferred around so much and being laughed at. I still was advised that i can not help you. I asked if they treated all customers like this. I spoke with more then 4 plus reps. Finally i asked is it because of the status of my account or the color of my ethics back ground I was then transferred to a very nice young lady who helped me. I was on the phone from XXXX until after XXXX before I was help. Im very unhappy with the service and how I was treated. Im doing everything I can to get my account on track but should not get the run around that I received. If i could refi with another company I would. This is not the first or second time this has happen to me. This time Im tired of being treated like dirt, so I decided to complain this time. The last rep I spoke with on XX/XX/XXXX was very professional and could teach the other rep how customers should be treated. Im just putting this complaint in now, because I also have health issues that I have to tend to and did not have time on the XXXX for they had my XXXX XXXX up. Im also a XXXX patient that should not be under a lot of stress. Being behind is stressful enough for me.

However they have started very annoying and harassing calls as stated earlier.
