Consumer Complaint: I have a loan with Ally financial for my car. I had the temp withhold for my loan for 3 months when I asked back in XXXX my payoff it was {$5000.00} and now less than 6 months later it is {$5500.00} which my interest rate is only 8.99 % so it doea not make sense that this amount is correct. I also tried making payment online automatically and Ally Bank temporarily froze my ability to pay from my bank account and now my account is past due with late fees.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment during the initial covid-19 on XX/XX/2020 for 30 days. I paid the account on-time and received a conversation. I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I check my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report again during COVID-19 and found late payment on XXXX and XX/XX/2020 where i was told that it would be deferred and put in the back of the loan : I am not sure how this happened, but i also checked my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report. Also, this account continues to report incomplete information, such as wrong balance, different late remarks on different bureaus, not the same month, inconsistent payment history, etc. This can not be accurate and I really don't want to waste any time going back and forth. This account is unverifiable and wants it deleted from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I XXXX XXXX XXXX purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX finance through Ally. I have contacted Ally several time concerning the 20 % interest rate. On XX/XX/XXXX, the covid -19, came I requested a relief which was for four months and the payment suppose to be put at the end of the loan. On XXXX XXXX requested from XXXX XXXX XXXX to cancel the extended warranty it was cancel payment sent to ally in the amount of {$1800.00} Ally applied the fund to interest not the principal. On XXXX XXXX I request XXXX XXXX XXXX cancel the Gap plan which was cancel and the amount of {$860.00} sent to Ally this payment amount went to the principal balance but not the {$860.00} only {$420.00}. My principal balance to Ally was XXXX now XXXX. I requested Ally to correct this matter but as of today no correction made also requested Ally to refinance the high interest rate they stated to me we don't refinance. This is a ripoff. Consumer Complaint: I have asked XXXX to remove the Ally Bank from my credit report on several occasions. They have refused to remove anything from my credit report. There was a Federal Complaint where Ally Bank Overcharged Minority People on Car loans. I was one of these people. XXXX and XXXX have remove the creditor from my reports but XXXX has continued to remove.
