Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX signed me up for a loan with Ally lending, which I didnt not want .when I called and complained to them, they said I must come in person to talk to them to cancel the loan. When I got there the XXXX XXXX XXXX threatened me saying I have to received their service or they will sue me, jail time and that their lawyer will make me pay the loan amount and thousands of dollars more if I tried to dispute the loan of {$17000.00} and she also stated that she will not cancel the loan .she took out in my name .i dont not agreed to this loan, for I was tricked into signing papers for just a plan, I have been suffering from an XXXX XXXX since XXXX XXXX, and medically I was never cleared for any XXXX XXXX of such, anyways, because the medical treatments that I am receiving Then and currently would put my life At risk. Alley lending is sending bills with interest and Late charges totaling as of date {$17000.00}. I did call ally lending the day I got the bill and filed a complain and dispute with them with no help to have it resolves.i have send them letters also.

Consumer Complaint: Ally Financial is reporting an auto loan on my XXXX credit report. They just started reporting about 4 months ago. I called and spoke with them and found out that the vehicle was reposessed in XX/XX/2016. They referred me to a collection agency who informed me that the statues of limitations has past for collecting on this debt. I informed and submitted an Identity Theft Police report which shows the vehicle being mentioned as fraudulent. The collection company informed me that Ally Financial told them to keep the account open no matter what and still contact me to collect on a debt that they know that is fraudulent and also past time limit to collect.

Consumer Complaint: My car got was in an accident and was destroyed. Ally sent me a bill with a date of XX/XX/2020 ). I paid online through my bank on XX/XX/2020. Prior to receiving my payment, and not even a month after sending the bill they put it as a " charge off ''. They sent a notice saying I was paid in full but did not retract the charge off and it has destroyed my credit. I tried fixing this with XXXX and XXXX and am getting nowhere. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was in a car accident and my car was totaled the next day. I made my Car payment which was due on the XXXX to keep in Good standing. Then got the ball rolling with Insurance and XXXX my insurance company to get payment sent over. Then in the beginning Middle of XXXX I was give the the run around that my Insurance had not been in touch with Ally Financial the Lien-holder and that they were waiting a response, but XXXX had already sent a check with the Payment amount around 11,500 to help pay towards the loan. Then I log into my account a few days later at the end of XXXX that payment had been sent through and that I did not owe anything until XXXX of XXXX. Prior to XXXX and XXXX, Ally would always send a notice a couple days ahead of Payment being due I always got a notice that a payment was coming and I need to pay it off. After the Insurance check went through and I had been in contact with Ally multiple times from XXXX through XXXX about keeping my account in good standing and ensuring I didnt owe anything or that I made sure my account showed that I was in an accident and it was a total loss. I am told at the beginning of XXXX that they didnt know I was in an accident or that my car was totaled. They at that point also did not tell me that I owed any missing payment or a payment was due. Then it took them two months to get moving with my GAP insurance and GAP did not issue a Check until XXXX. I got a Notice at the beginning of XXXX that all of a Sudden I owed {$1600.00} plus dollars and that my account was in collections because no one had communicated to me, I did not have any notices of my account missing any payments, but that I owed {$1600.00} something dollars. My credit has been shot and I am in the process of building a house. I need help getting this fixed for the urgent future please and thank you

Consumer Complaint: I recently had a zero % debt with HCS. They sold it to Ally bank. When I received the statement, no where on the statement does it show the balance due of {$3300.00}. It says that I owe {$4200.00} including the interest if I don't pay the account in full by the end of the promotion date. I have called them and they said it is online or I can call in. In small writing it says I am in a promotion. If I was to die, my spouse would only be aware of needing to send them a check for the full amount, not the amount that I really owe. I am computer savvy, but for other people, this could be a major issue in report what is really owed. I can send a copy of my statement if needed.

I do not remember her name but she said she would help me. So as soon as I was able to make both payments I did and as time went on I receive an email from XXXX and it read that I received an negative mark on my credit report. I have tried multiple times calling Ally Financial to correct this mistake with no avail. All I asking for is Ally Financial to remove the negative remark on my credit report. Thank You.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX. I closed a CD on XX/XX/XXXX with the amount of XXXX with Ally bank. The first check was returned back to Ally bank in order to issue another check. I contacted Ally bank on XX/XX/XXXX, and the bank manager XXXX said that the check was sent on the same day. I contacted Ally bank on XX/XX/XXXX that I did not receive the check. Ally bank confirmed with me the check was not cashed out. I requested Ally bank to make stop payment, and transfer the money to my other bank. Ally said that it would contact me on XX/XX/XXXX, but they never did. I contacted Ally bank manager, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and requested that they should transfer my money for me today, but they refused to pay my money back if I did not fill out the loss and found affidavit with notarization. I asked Ally bank manager XXXX why I should fill out their affidavit form since they confirmed that the check was never cashed out. They could make a stop payment and pay me right away. With Covid pandemic, I was going to look for the place to notarize the affidavit form in order to get my money since they knew they still had my money. I believe that Ally bank is trying to keep customer 's money longer without paying interest in order to do their business. I would like to get the problem to be solved as soon as possible.
