A carlot told me I wasn't doing nothing but helping my sister with the income part on app. I didn't know that this was sticking me with this car .she eventually let the car went back due to lost of XXXX . I had car loan also with this same company Ally.. the acct says close on my credit report XXXX XXXX been over 5 years now all of sudden I'm getting call and they have put pon my credit a XXXX balance.never heard nothing about car she didn't mess car up or nothing then now here it is sold car aND I OWE THIS MUCH .NOT RIGHT AND THEY NEVER DISCUSS THIS WITH ME.

Consumer Complaint: On Monday XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX car dealership to look at XXXX. At XXXX I test drove a XXXX XXXX and returned to the dealership at XXXX. Upon returning I spoke with XXXX XXXX ( XXXX salesman ) and he invited me inside to talk about the XXXX. At this time we began negotating a price. This entire time I wanted to wait a night and sleep on the decision. He stated what price can I give you to get you to take the vehicle home tonight? I told him I wanted to sleep on it at least three times. He continued to make excuses and twist my arm until I finally gave in. At XXXX we signed a hand written note that stated the purchase price of {$31000.00}, he went away and returned at about XXXX, and wanted to add on an additional {$500.00}. I agreed and signed. He mentioned without seeing my vehicle I would only get a couple of XXXX dollars for my vehicle. Which is fine but I asked XXXX if there was anything I can do to get my payments down he had no answer. Upon leaving again and then returning at about XXXX we started the paperwork. This entire time I wanted to wait a night and sleep on the decision. The dealership closed at XXXX. We then rushed through the entire paperwork. I had questions in regards to the numbers but he would give me very short answers. I didn't understand the paperwork or the numbers. At an XXXX credit score why would I sign for a 5.94 % interest rate if I wasn't being pressured. I didn't understand the terms or what I was signing. I also said I didn't want a warranty when I spoke with XXXX. When we finished with the salesmans paperwork he introduced me to the Business Managers. When I was with him they tell me I agreed to the warranty and all the terms. This all happened so quickly I feel like I did something wrong. The business manager continued to ask me questions and stories about his dads vehicles in a attempt to keep me distracted. I didn't know what was going on. I then left the dealership around XXXX, which was 45 minutes after the dealership closed. I left the car on the lot overnight because I couldn't even get someone to pick my car up. This happened way too quickly and I felt pressured the entire time as he mentioned that the vehicle I was looking at is a hot vehicle and he didn't know how long it would be available. " Theres only 1 in the city of XXXX XXXX '' He couldn't even get one transfered from another dealership. On Thursday I called Ally bank, which is who the financing is through. I spoke with a person in customer service and they said they would remove the warranty. They said " the paperwork wasn't even in they system if that tells you about the dealership '' So Ally bank knows what's going on but refuses to take corrective action??!! I felt like I wasn't even able to comprehend what I was signing up for in such a short period of time. Now I regret getting the vehicle under the terms that I agreed to. Is there anything or anyone that can help. I reached out to XXXX and asked for all the paperwork that I signed and he said " we don't typically give out all the documents that you signed. '' This is extremely shady and it is 100 % predatory lending.

Consumer Complaint: I have a big issue with how my Ally account is being reported. The vehicle was totaled in early XX/XX/2020. At the time of the accident, I was current on my lease payments. My insurance company needed a " Letter of Guarantee '' from Ally in order to pay the claim in full. I expect they required such a letter to ensure they pay the correct amount to finalize my lease. On XX/XX/2020 Ally did do a Letter of Guarantee ( see attachment ). This letter instructed XXXX insurance to pay an amount of {$27000.00}. On XX/XX/2020, XXXX promptly paid Ally the {$27000.00} that was needed to finalize this lease ( see attachment ). Attachment 2 also shows that the {$27000.00} check status is " Cleared ''. But Ally held the payment for 15 days. My Ally Financial XXXX was paid exactly what Ally said was due in XX/XX/2020 and I should not have any balance, past due nor any derogatory credit payments or remarks such as charge-off on or after my XX/XX/2020 accident. Look at the attachments and it should be very clear that I own Ally NOTHING.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I submitted a letter to XXXX to verify a negative tradeline that has been reported on my credit report by Ally Auto. I was requesting verification of the deficiency notice which was never provided. Under the laws of the State of Illinois UCC 810ILCS5/ and State RISA and MVISA statutes a deficiency can not be claimed unless all of the required notices were properly and timely given, and all of the allowable redemption and cure time limits were adhered to. If no such proof is provided within 14 days from receipt of this notice, the alleged claim of a deficiency will be considered null and void, and any continued collection activities, or continued reporting of this invalid claim on my credit reports will be considered a violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. XXXX XXXX response was Completed investigation of FCRA dispute - consumer disagrees. On XX/XX/XXXX I also requested verification pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 { b } ... Consumer Complaint: I was recently informed that ALLY Financial has placed 2 years worth of negative/90+ days late, payments on my credit report. I purchased a car with them in XXXX and in XXXX informed them that I had lost my job and wanted to work on a plan to try to keep my car since it was nearly paid off. Not sure where the disconnect was but my car was taken shortly after that. I did not receive any notification about the repossession ( i.e. where the car was being taken, next steps, options for reinstating my loan, if the car was being sold, NOTHING ) I 1000 % forgot about this company until my credit report was pulled and I noticed the 24+ late payments starting in XXXX!! They had my phone number, address, etc and I received ZERO correspondence! How could I be late on a payment I know nothing about?? No amount due, no due dates, no total balance, etc. How could they just add 24+ late payments in XXXX when they have had the car in there possession since XXXX? This company has single handedly DESTROYED my credit without taking the proper steps to notify me of said debt, nor did they give me the opportunity to retrieve it. They placed this account on my report as a charge-off and they have not followed the federal guidelines of my state.
