Consumer Complaint: My lease was scheduled to end on XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke to an Ally representative regarding my intention to pay the balance due in order to purchase the vehicle. I was advised that I would need to overnight the check to Ally, which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. The check was received by Ally and my account has shown as being paid in full since XX/XX/XXXX. Around XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Ally to inquire as to the status of the title and was told that someone would be contacting me. Only then did I receive the odometer statement from XXXX, with no indication that it had come from Ally. Several days later I was able to determine that this was not spam and responded on XX/XX/XXXX. Since then, I have contacted Ally several times requesting the title and have not been successful as of XX/XX/XXXX. I do not understand why this would not be an automatic process. I have requested several call backs and have not received any. I can see on the Ally Customer Support XXXX that I am not the only person that is having this same experience and runaround regarding obtaining the title for paid off leases.

Consumer Complaint: I had an account with Ally Financial. I was a victim of XXXX discrimintation from this compnay. I lost my car. The company is reporting false information that I made payments in 2014 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I did not make payments on these months. I asked for documentation as it pertains to these payments and never received any response. Also, they took more seven years to charge off my account after being more than 180 days delinquent in 2014. I would like for this to be noted that these people are harassing me. Also, that the account is being handled by an outside agency where they are still attempting to get money out of me.

Consumer Complaint: I opened an Ally Savings Account on XX/XX/2020. After going connecting my external XXXX XXXX XXXX Account and verifying the trial deposits, I was given the all clear to transfer funds between the two accounts on XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020, through Ally bank, I initiated a transfer of {$9300.00} from my XXXX XXXX XXXX Account to my Ally Savings Account. XXXX XXXX shows the money was pulled from the account on XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020, I noticed the money still has not showed up on my Ally account and my linked XXXX XXXX XXXX Account was suspended by Ally. On XX/XX/2020 I called Ally and spoke to a supervisor named XXXX to inquire about the issue and was told this was due to a name mismatch between the two accounts. I asked that the money be transferred back to my XXXX XXXX XXXX Account while I resolve this issue. Ally told me they have the funds but can not return the money due to an issue on their back end and that I would need to dispute this transfer with XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX and they told me they can not dispute a transaction that I authorized and since Ally is holding the money, it would be up the Ally to resolve this. I called Ally back but was given a runaround with no resolution. They are still holding {$9300.00} of my money

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX is not reporting my car loan through Ally financial. I have filed 4 disputes and each time they fix it the loan will reappear and then 30 days later it will fall off my credit history. The other credit reporting bureaus do not have this problem. I dont know what else I can do to help them to their job.

I have not applied for any loans or any installment loans through ally. I will never apply for anything through this bank after having a bad experience years ago with them. I didnt have a loan it was just bad customer service for questions like 12 years Ago. So I did not authorize anyone or this bank to allow ally to have a copy of my credit report but they got a copy
