Consumer Complaint: I recently had a mortgage run my credit for home buying purposes. I was notified a short time after that XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) has recently ( XX/XX/XXXX ) reported my account status as " XXXX '' when I have been in Chapter XXXX bankruptcy XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. I have never had a late payment on this account prior to filing for XXXX. I reached out to XXXX XXXX today XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to a lady that was very disrespectful by the name of XXXX. She refused to provide me with her last name and advised me that she would report my account negative every month until the account was paid in full.

Consumer Complaint: This account is involved in litigation for fraudulent practices according to my FCRA rights. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. Note that the collector has to stop all collection activities until it can provide all the evidence. Under the FDCPA Section 809, Validation of debts [ 15 USC 1692g ] I have the right to verify any alleged debt on my credit report and if the alleged debt is being disputed, the debt collector shall cease.

Consumer Complaint: I paid off a loan with Ally Bank on XX/XX/XXXX via electronic payment. The funds were immediately taken from my checking account. When reached out to Ally to inquire about receiving a lien release letter, I got no response. I reached out a second time the following day via social media and was told someone would reach out within 24 hours. I still received no response. I then called on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX and was read very vague statements about the process. " It will take about 10 days to process payment '', " it will take about 7 to 10 days to mail the release ''. I reached out on XX/XX/XXXX, which was 10 days after the payment was initiated and spoke to a representative that told me it would be faxed on that day. It did not come on the XXXX, so I called again on the XXXX and spoke to XXXX, a supervisor and was again given vague dates. " Need to wait a couple more days for processing ''. This is a process that takes less than an hour in a branch and I have been waiting nearly two weeks. I have expressed my frustration and keep getting the same response from Ally. I would like specifics on when the release will be sent to me and how ( I prefer fax or email ). I am not given the grace of a range of dates for payments and if someone is 1 day late they are assessed a fee. The same standard should be applied when a contract has been satisfied.

Consumer Complaint: I was looking through my report and noticed a vehicle that I returned to the dealership where it's reporting completely incorrect. I had the opportunity to talk to several lawmakers and friends, and learned some basic laws in regards to voluntary or repossession of a vehicle. Under the laws of MASS and UCC 9.506 as well as State RISA and MVISA statutes, a deficiency can not be claimed unless all of the required notices were properly and timely given, and all of the allowable redemption and cure time limits were adhered to. PLEASE HAVE THEM IMMEDIATELY REMOVE

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Ally Bank and XXXX XXXX to request that they report my on-time payments to them for cars they financed in XXXX and XXXX. Between the two companies, I paid 61 payments on-time - but not a single payment was reflected on any of the three credit bureaus. While I filed Chapter XXXX in XXXX, I never stopped making on-time payments on our cars. When I contacted both banks, they informed me that it is company policy not to give me credit for on-time payments before, during, or after filing Chapter XXXX. I was told the only way to initiate credit bureau reporting is to refinance the cars with another bank. I believe this to be unfair consumer policy and request it be investigated.

They have failed to even investigate or send me correspondence back indicating they did an investigation and what the out come was. I have no knowledge of these accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ... XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ) XXXX ... XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that listed on my credit report. Further more, this account can not be 100 % accurate as there are open dates they have listed on my credit report varies between the 3 bureaus. How can one account be opened on different days? Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and my issue is with Ally Auto finance. My father XXXX XXXX passed away in XX/XX/2021. His vehicle was finally repossessed on XX/XX/2021. My half sister had a STRONG interest in keeping the truck and trying to catch up previous missing payments. I have been trying to talk her out but she insists. I have been labeled on his account through Ally Finance themselves as the " informant " on the account. Also my name is the one listed on my father 's death certificate. I also repeatedly told Ally on their recorded line " please do not discuss any account information with anyone other than myself in order to perfect the privacy of the deceased " they obliged. My sister is pretty persistent so she kept calling trying to get payoff balance. And on XX/XX/2021 she calls me on 3 way with Ally Auto finance. They proceeded to give her the sensitive account information and I couldn't stop it. They did not speak or get any verification info from me. And she was able to have the representative give her the account info with only the account number. They told her status of account as well as the charge off date. The only reason i didn't cut them off was ti avoid personal conflict with my sister and other family members. The reason I am filing this complaint is Ally Financial did not respect my wishes of non disclosure to persons other than myself. They also violated the law by talking this account info without going through proper verification. There was a reason I wanted this to stay discrete and now it's causing distress among my and family members. Serious potentially dangerous distress. I am looking for all possible options at this point. Acct name is under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and time of call was XX/XX/2021 around XXXXXXXX XXXX cst. Call took place on their recorded line. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I closed the account with Ally Financial. It was suppose to be a settlement because I did know it affected your credit but I called them and Paid The Full Balanace. No settlement was done. XXXX still has my account with Ally Financial as Close in Settlement and remarks " account paid in full for less the origina Balance ''. I tried disputing multiple time with Ally Financial and XXXX but nothing has change. I have a Letter from Ally that proves The accoun was paid in full without going to settlement, I tried sending that letter on my dispute to Experian but that did not help. Just today i received the results from my last dispute ( 4th total ) and nothing changed. Account still says dellinquent, settlement.
