Consumer Complaint: I am currently in an income driven repayment plan and am pursuing Public Service Loan Forgiveness. My loans were consolidated with XXXX XXXX originally and were recently transferred to XXXX XXXX. I began making monthly automated payments in XX/XX/XXXX and have not missed a payment. Additionally I have submitted the annual income certification and employer qualification forms. XXXX XXXX provides me with monthly statements or " direct debit bills '' which indicate the number of qualifying PSLF payments. They have mine listed at 3. They have not given me credit for the 50+ monthly payments made while being serviced by XXXX . I called and spoke with XXXX XXXX in XXXX of this yer XXXX and was told it could take up to six months for them to have this corrected. I called today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and was told that there is now " no timeline '' for when this will be addressed. They suggested I check back in XX/XX/XXXX. This is very frustrating because I have the opportunity now to change strategies from IBR/PSLF to refinancing with a traditional lender which could save me a significtn amount of money as my interest rates with XXXX are at over 7 %. The longer it takes for them to give me accurate data I could be losing substantial money to interest payments that I would not otherwise be making.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX appears to be improperly handling or informing me about my re-certification for IDR. Basically, XXXX keeps sending me false messages about missing information on my re-certification for my federal paycheck and yet I gave them everything. These automated e-mails are becoming annoying and I want this fixed. I finally was able to reach out to XXXX ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX who finally straightened everything out after the fourth time calling. However, she still provided the canned responses that " we can't assume anything '' or " you were missing the frequency of your pay '' for a federal paycheck, something known to be always " BI-WEEKLY '' unless told otherwise. They can't even take the annual salary on the form and figure it out there either. The worst of it is rather than a super generic e-mail they send to everyone, they could have just called me and resolved this minor issue in 5 minutes. My previous calls to agents told me that I was good and that I had submitted everything properly in the last 6 weeks, and yet this was not the case.

Consumer Complaint: I have XXXX as my student loan servicer. My loans were orginially under XXXX, but were transferred once I submit the public loan forgiveness employment form and was deemed eligible to enroll in the program. My loans were transferred on XX/XX/2018. I called them in XXXX to follow up on my payments that had been made under XXXX since the employment form clearly showed I made eligible payments. They told me it would take until XXXX to verify everything and credit it to my account. I called XX/XX/2018 and was told they could not release any status information. They said they were backlogged and it could take months. I then spoke with a supervisor who confirmed that they could not release any information, but to continue to make payments on faith that everything would be sorted out. I have never missed a payment, have automatic debit, and I can not get any information on what payments have qualified. They are very difficult to deal with and it is unacceptable that payments I made a year ago have not been credit to my account for the public service loan program.

Beginning balance {$14000.00} ( unsub ) Current balance {$13000.00} Totol due as of XX/XX/XXXX {$31000.00} I have been making payments towards my student loans since XX/XX/XXXX, over 10 years and I still owe {$31000.00}?? Something is wrong!!! Since XX/XX/XXXX, my payments were between $ XXXX- {$200.00} and as of XX/XX/XXXX, my payments are {$380.00} a month. I have contacted AES on several occasions to have them explain to me why I still owe them so much money. Unfortunately, their response doesnt justify the money I have already paid over the years and the remaining balance. I have been trying to research who I can speak with to have my consolidated student loan researched for accuracy. Hopefully you will be able to assist me. Here is the contact information I have for AES : American Education Services XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX XXXX American Education Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, PA XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I'm concerned about the certainty and consistency of your new assessment and then the overdue payments pertaining to this particular account and also how it is reporting on my credit report. About 45 days ago I requested an assessment basically because I noticed the item is not being documented recently. To my big surprise I got a letter telling that your evaluation was achieved and that the item had been " validated as reliable.

Consumer Complaint: I originally had a loan from XXXX and this past spring I looked into loan forgiveness because I am a XXXX XXXX. I applied to what I thought was a federal program and somehow XXXX XXXX has acquired my account. I am not sure how that happened, what they are charging me if there was a fee to switch which I had no intention of doing, I was just answering qustions mailed to me. I thought I was getting loan forgiveness but apparently I did not get loan forgiveness I got a new lender instead. In XX/XX/XXXX I recieved an email that i was a few weeks late on my payment so I paid that along with XX/XX/XXXX. I do online banking so I see when it when out and when it was cashed which was on XX/XX/2018. They sent me another email after that stating i was even more late so I emailed them via their website and received no response. Today I got another email from them stating that I am evn more late so I called them. They said they have nothing on file that I paid and they did not recieve my email. I then asked for a direct email so I would have proof, the rep kept arguing with me to just use their site and I refused since I had used it and thwy have no record of it. I have proof they cashed it and I have a confirmation number. They need to fix that and not ruin my credit and they need to be investigated for ilegal practice of aquiring accounts. They have 666 complaints on XXXX about collection practice and a F rating.

Consumer Complaint: I have submitted multiple complaints ( including documentation ) to XXXX, including one previously through the CFPB, on this one issue. XXXX lists my current student loan at XXXX XXXX XXXX as having a balance of {$0.00} and saying that it was discharged in bankruptcy. It was not discharged in bankruptcy. I have called XXXX XXXX XXXX who says that they have reported ( and will report again at the end of this month ) that I have a balance which I pay toward each month, am current on payments, and have never been late.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, I applied for the forbearance on my consolidated loans with XXXX XXXX. I had a total of XXXX missed payments ( XXXX missed on XXXX loans ). Once my I was approved for forbearance, my late payments with XXXX XXXX were retroactively brought to " current/on-time '' payment status. I requested that they remove the incorrect payment status with the credit bureau, as I am currently in good standing. I called XXXX XXXX on the following dates to get this matter resolved : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I sent emails to the CEOs of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to get these incorrect reports removed. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX updated my credit report with the correct information and removed the late payments. On XX/XX/XXXX, a man from XXXX called me. We then called XXXX XXXX on a three-way conference call to verify the information I was disputing was correct, but the representative refused to acknowledge. She did ; however, verify that my account was in " current/on-time '' status. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, I have not heard back from XXXX on this matter.

Consumer Complaint: PLSF : I have been making qualifying payments towards the PLSF- Public Service Loan Program since my employment with a governmental organization ( Department of XXXX XXXX and XXXX ) since XX/XX/XXXX. I have the employment certification confirming this information since XX/XX/XXXX to present day. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a payment count letter from XXXX noting that I have made only 4 out of 24 Qualifying Payments towards the PLSF program fromXX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I then contacted XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX requesting review of the payment history and why only 4 payments were being counted and not the entire 2 year period ( 24 payments ). Please note the payments were paid through my debit account as per instructions provided by XXXX and verbally confirmed via customer service at fedloan that these payments were being counted under the PLSF qualifying payments from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I had not received any updates regarding the payment review or an updated qualifying payment letter. So I filed a complaint regarding this matter through Student Aid feedback in XX/XX/XXXX. I was then assigned a team member from XXXX and an updated qualifying payment to 23. However, the payments from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX stands at 4 due to pay ahead schedule that i requested to be taken off and reviewed as XXXX verbally confirmed that the pay ahead schedule is being reviewed and can be disputed if i was given the wrong information. On XX/XX/XXXX, they confirmed the review has been closed and the payment count for XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX stands at 4 due to not paying full a, ount due to pay ahead status.
